The below terms and conditions apply to all work carried out by Green Coast Landscapes including Quotations, Design, Commissions and Landscaping.

​1. Payment/Pricing

A non refundable deposit of 10% of the estimated cost will secure the project start date. If the deposit is paid by cheque this will need to have cleared before work can commence. A payment plan for the remaining balance will then be agreed with the client based on the project size.  All quotes are valid for 30 days.

2. Schedule of Work

Prior to work commencing Green Coast Landscapes will submit a work schedule to the client. This will outline the plan of work and timelines. Timelines are estimated and may be extended due to situations beyond our control.

3. Work and Design Revisions

After the contract has been signed and work has started any revisions to the design will incur and additional charge. This will be discussed and agreed with the client before any revisions commence.

4. Contract

Upon a client and Green coast Landscapes signing a contract both parties enter into a binding agreement as set out in the terms and conditions of the contract.

5. Cancelation

If the client decides to cancel a project after work has commenced they are liable for the payment of all work completed to the date of cancelation.

6.Liability Insurance

Green Coast Landscapes has fully comprehensive liability insurance. Documentation of this can be shown to the client upon request
